Position Overview:
We are seeking a Payment & Collection Manager to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the payment and collection processes to ensure smooth operations and cash flow management. Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Billing Responsibility: Oversee the entire monthly billing cycle to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient invoicing for all customers.
- Customer Checkout Payment Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and improve checkout payment solutions, ensuring they are applicable and effective on a national scale to facilitate smooth and reliable payment processing.
- cDaas Payment Overview: Monitor and evaluate the cDaas (Customer Device as a Service) payment process on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and operational goals.
- cDaas Payment Performance & Sequence Overview: Conduct in-depth analysis of cDaas payment performance monthly, including payment sequence reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies for enhancing payment collection outcomes.
- Collection Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and optimize the collection strategy, managing both early-stage and late-stage collections to enhance cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Collection Partner Strategy, Establishment & Maintenance: Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with third-party collection partners, ensuring effective and compliant collections that align with company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payment management, collections, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, collections strategies, and financial processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with third-party collection agencies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
