Prior experience from Operations from financial services, fintech or other related organisations
As a Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will be:
Oversee all operational processes and workflows, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and reducing risk.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and compliance standards.
Partner with various internal departments to enable a streamlined end-to-end process.
Process transactions and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
Manage and resolve customer issues and escalations as needed.
Identify areas of improvement in current processes and bring forward actionable recommendations.
Continuously monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational goals are achieved.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making across the organization.
Support the training and development of team members as required.
You who have a post-secondary education in business, finance, or another related field
5+ years of experience in financial operations at a financial institution.
Knowledge of banking products and services.
Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to support strategic decision-making.
Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated proficiency in Excel.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Working knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards, including AML/KYC.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
