About the role as Operations Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the company's operational processes and workflows, ensuring an effective and seamless end-to-end process. The Operations Specialist will work closely with internal teams, ensuring compliance with industry regulations across and compliance standards across Europea, and helping to execute our company's operational goals.

- Prior experience from Operations from financial services, fintech or other related organisations
As a Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will be:
- Oversee all operational processes and workflows, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and reducing risk.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Partner with various internal departments to enable a streamlined end-to-end process.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
- Manage and resolve customer issues and escalations as needed.
- Identify areas of improvement in current processes and bring forward actionable recommendations.
- Continuously monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational goals are achieved.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making across the organization.
- Support the training and development of team members as required.
Desirable experience:
- You who have a post-secondary education in business, finance, or another related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial operations at a financial institution.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to support strategic decision-making.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated proficiency in Excel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards, including AML/KYC.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
