The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients across Europe.

To succeed in this role:
- Since this is a startup, we hope that you enjoy the challenges of building a product from scratch
- You should be comfortable making your own decisions and priorities, with the team to help you of course
- You take initiative and are creative with a humble attitude
- You have an eye for detail when it comes to analysis, modelling and problem-solving
- With a lot of different parties involved, you should be comfortable communicating in English as part of a distributed team
- You know what it takes to build a European commercial and sales organisation and have no problem rolling up your sleeves to succeed
- Have an out of the box approach to sales
- Prior experience from selling complex services to SME’s is helpful as well as previous financial background experience
As Head of Partnerships, your responsibilities will be:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively generating leads and cold-calling prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, ensuring our products remain competitive and ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with other internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer experience.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about competitors' products, industry developments, and market trends to effectively position the company's products and services.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to track progress and inform decision-making processes.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events as required.
- Actively contribute to a positive work environment, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Desirable experience:
- You who have a post-secondary education in business, finance, or another related field
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in sales, relationship management, key account management or another related field
- You who have previously worked with pan-European sales of more complex products or services
- You have experience from building and structuring CRM systems
