To succeed in this role:

Have an out of the box approach to sales
Prior experience from selling complex services to SME’s is helpful as well as previous financial background experience
As Head of Partnerships, your responsibilities will be:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively generating leads and cold-calling prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, ensuring our products remain competitive and ahead in the market.
Collaborate with other internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer experience.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Stay informed about competitors' products, industry developments, and market trends to effectively position the company's products and services.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to track progress and inform decision-making processes.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events as required.
Actively contribute to a positive work environment, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
You who have a post-secondary education in business, finance, or another related field
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in sales, relationship management, key account management or another related field
You who have previously worked with pan-European sales of more complex products or services
You have experience from building and structuring CRM systems
